Orders placed on Pence 1979 Official Online Store are shipped via DHL international courier. As soon as the order is ready for shipment we will send you the tracking number at your email address.

The orders are processed immediately after the payment verification and after that we have checked the product availability. In case of mistake, we will refund you the money directly on your credit card.

Orders will be ready for delivery in 1-5 working days; delivery times are usually 2-5 working days, but may vary depending on the destination country.

Duties and Taxes:

We ship using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method for the UE countries. For countries outside the UE area, the courier may give you a separated invoice from local authorities for extra duties. We invite you to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order on Pence Online Store.

Returns

You can request a return if these conditions are respected (D.L. 206/2005 - Italian Law):

- The return must be done within 14 days from receiving the parcel;

To return any product you must create a return request from this page.

After submitting the request, you will receive at your email address the delivery note to be inserted into the parcel and a return label to be applied outside the parcel (you may receive them in separate emails). To receive the delivery note and the return label could take up to 2 working days. The courier will collect yout parcel within 3 days after receiving the return label.

Reibursment amount and Return expenses

Your return could be accepted provided the following conditions are met (D.L. 206/2005):

- The item must be intact and not used;

- The security tag an any other label attached to the product must not have been removed.

If these requests are fulfilled we will refund you the product price paid when the order was placed. Return costs, custom duties and any other fee sustained to receive back the product to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund amount.

The costs of returning the returned product and any customs duties due are always charged to the Customer even if the latter chooses not to use the courier provided by the Supplier for the return.

NOTE: any parcel returned without following the above stated procedure or not meeting the above stated conditions will be refused and sent back to the client.
